- Customs Clearance: You don’t need to worry about customs clearance; just fill out a customs declaration, which takes about 5 minutes.
- Value Declaration: The value of goods listed on the declaration should not exceed £135 or €150.
- Booking a Courier: You can order a courier to England via SMS, email, or by using the courier order form. Remember, you will receive a confirmation once your order is accepted!
- Pickup and Delivery Time: DPD couriers will pick up your package on Tuesday or Wednesday, and the packages will arrive in England by the weekend. The transport time to England is 3-4 days.
- Payment Options: You can pay for the package to England in two ways: by bank transfer or in cash to the courier in England.
- Standard Package Size: A standard package is a box with a combined length of all three sides totaling 150 cm and weighing up to 30 kg. This package costs £35/185 PLN.

- Allowed Items: Only dry food can be sent. If you want to send jars, you do so at your own risk.
- Securing Your Package: Secure your shipment well with a sturdy box, no empty spaces, and strong packing tape. Attach the declaration to the box so it is visible to customs officers.
How to Send a Package to England Without Customs Duty – Post-Brexit Information
Based on the agreement between the UK and the EU, packages transported between them will be exempt from customs duties if the items originate from EU countries or the UK and their value does not exceed €150.

After filling out the declaration, be sure to stick it on the outside of the box so that it is visible. Do not place it under the address label!

How to Pack a Package for Shipping to England?
If your order has been accepted, focus on properly packing your shipment. Remember, you are responsible for securing your package!
Packages to England travel over 2000 km and are repacked several times. Ensuring security is necessary for the package to arrive in good condition. How to do it?
Fill empty spaces with Styrofoam, bubble wrap, or cardboard to prevent items from moving inside the package. Choose a hard box that will withstand the weight of the contents. Use strong packing tape. Wrap the box several times.
If you do not have fillers, use anything you have at home. The most important thing is that items do not move freely inside the box. Keep in mind that packages are stacked on top of each other. If the box is half-full, it will collapse under the weight and be crushed.
After packing the package, stick the customs declaration and address label on it.
How Long Does It Take for Packages to Reach England?
The transport time for packages to England is 3-4 working days. A package picked up from you on Wednesday will be delivered on Saturday or Sunday.

Remember: if the box is wrapped with string, stretch film, or has protruding elements, it will always be treated as a non-standard package. Suitcases and sports bags are also considered non-standard. This results in a minimum surcharge of £5.
